Workforce Wellness

The Workplace Changed. Employee Wellness Must Change With It.

Experienced employees are navigating stress, caregiving responsibilities, sleep disruption, declining energy, hormonal changes, menopause, physical discomfort, and growing pressure to sustain their performance for longer. Generic wellness challenges often fail to address what employees after 40 are actually experiencing. Live Train Eat helps organizations build more informed, practical, and relevant wellness support for the employees whose experience, leadership, relationships, and institutional knowledge are difficult to replace.

Menopause in the Workplace

Menopause Is a Workforce Issue

Many women experience changes in sleep, energy, focus, stress, confidence, temperature regulation, and physical well-being during some of the most experienced and professionally valuable years of their careers. Yet employees may not feel comfortable discussing what they are experiencing, and managers may not have the education or language needed to support them. Live Train Eat helps employers educate employees, equip leaders, reduce stigma, and create more informed workplace support for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health changes. Meet Nikki Hogan-Jenkins and Brian Jenkins

Nikki Hogan-Jenkins, CEO and Co-Founder, and Brian Jenkins, Vice President and Co-Founder, bring more than 40 years of combined experience across fitness, wellness education, nutrition, program development, leadership, business relationships, and innovation.

Live Train Eat began as a personal training and fitness education company. Over time, Nikki and Brian recognized a much larger need. Adults were living and working longer. Women were navigating major midlife health changes without enough support. Employers needed more relevant workforce wellness solutions. Fitness and wellness businesses needed better systems. Technology was changing how organizations operated, communicated, and served people. Live Train Eat evolved to meet that moment.

Today, Nikki leads the company's workforce wellness, corporate relationships, speaking, menopause-in-the-workplace, and women's after-40 wellness initiatives. Brian leads Live Train Eat's AI Business Solutions, fitness-industry partnerships, program innovation, and strategic outreach. Together, they are building practical, human-centered solutions that help people and organizations perform better for longer.

Our Vision

Our vision is to help people, businesses, and organizations thrive after 40 by combining evidence-informed wellness, experienced human leadership, and intelligent systems. We believe the future of wellness will not be built on generic fitness challenges, extreme programs, technology without humanity, or quick fixes. It will be built by helping people become stronger, healthier, more resilient, and better supported in the places where they work, live, train, and lead.
