Live Train Eat

Website Terms & Conditions

Effective: November 3, 2026

These Website Terms describe use of livetraineat.com, operated by LTE Worldwide Inc. doing business as Live Train Eat (“LTE,” “we,” “our”). They address general website access, informational content and business inquiries, including inquiries reached through internationally accessible social and digital marketing. LTE has historically served clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Pakistan and pursues global commercial opportunities; this does not mean LTE maintains operations or targeted campaigns in every country. These Terms do not replace separately agreed customer contracts, historical program terms or obligations imposed by law.

1. GENERAL WEBSITE USE

You may use the public website for lawful personal information and internal business evaluation. You must not access restricted systems without permission, misuse credentials, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, impair website operation, unlawfully collect information about others, or copy protected materials outside permitted uses. Access to restricted member or client areas remains subject to the terms validly agreed for those areas. LTE may restrict misuse consistent with applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

2. WEBSITE NOTICE AND CONTRACT FORMATION

These Terms are presented for review by visitors. The extent to which they become enforceable through website use depends on applicable law and the method of notice and assent. Mere browsing, accepting cookies, or using an ordinary business inquiry form is not agreement to a purchase, subscription, exercise release, or separately required arbitration agreement. When express assent is legally required, LTE will use the applicable acceptance process.

3. GYM WORKFORCE OS AND EXECUTIVE INQUIRIES

Gym Workforce OS is presented as a professional managed-service offering for gym and health-club operators. Requesting an executive conversation, submitting the Contact form, or receiving information does not automatically create a paid engagement, guaranteed booking, subscription, software license or performance commitment. Any actual service will be governed by an appropriately agreed commercial contract addressing deliverables, fees, billing, confidentiality, information processing, intellectual property, term, cancellation and responsibilities. The contractual scope, not general website copy, controls specific performance commitments.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, recordings, operating methods, materials and other protected content belong to LTE or their respective rights holders. Website access does not transfer intellectual property ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, commercialize or remove attribution from protected materials without proper authorization. Any specific license under an existing paid product, resource or training contract remains subject to that agreement.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY, COMMUNICATIONS AND SUBMISSIONS

If an authorized account is provided, you must safeguard your credentials and promptly notify LTE of known unauthorized access. When you contact LTE, you confirm that you have authority to provide the submitted information. LTE may use submissions as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and administer the related business relationship. An inquiry alone does not grant permission to use the sender's identity, image, testimonial or proprietary material in public marketing. Promotional communications and personal-information handling are addressed in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. INFORMATIONAL CONTENT AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

General business, revenue, workforce, wellness and fitness content is intended to inform and is not individualized medical, financial, tax or legal advice. Visitors should obtain appropriate professional input for their circumstances. This statement does not negate obligations undertaken in a separately valid client service contract. LTE does not promise particular revenue, retention, enrollment, operational, fitness or health outcomes merely through website information, examples or testimonials.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Links and references to external websites, social platforms, publications, scheduling services, GoDaddy-hosted website functionality or other technology providers are provided for convenience and do not necessarily indicate endorsement. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. LTE remains responsible for duties it actually undertakes and any responsibilities that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

8. HISTORICAL CONSUMER PROGRAMS AND RIGHTS

LTE is not currently accepting new enrollment in its older direct-to-consumer fitness programs and is not charging customers for those discontinued program offerings. References in earlier LTE documents to Never Diet Again, past courses, memberships, trials, renewals, event tickets, refunds, payment arrangements or participant waivers reflect historical offerings rather than an invitation to enroll through the current Gym Workforce OS website journey.

Nothing in these new Website Terms cancels or reduces previously valid customer rights, existing contractual obligations, earned refunds, access entitlements, statutory claims, signed participant records or applicable record-retention duties. Historic contracts and the specific terms under which prior transactions occurred remain preserved and must be considered on their own facts. If LTE introduces a new consumer offering in the future, the relevant enrollment, payment, renewal and cancellation terms will be separately disclosed before that transaction.

9. PAYMENT AND SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS

LTE currently uses Stripe as its payment provider for payment arrangements in which Stripe is actually used. The website Contact form is a GoDaddy business-inquiry channel, delivered through GoDaddy Conversations with an email notification to LTE; it is not a checkout or a representation that Stripe receives form submissions. Any actual fees, payment arrangements and related obligations are established in the separately agreed transaction or client contract. Historical payment obligations remain governed by their own valid terms.

10. FITNESS PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

LTE does not currently enroll participants in direct fitness programs. Should separate exercise or coaching participation resume, the participant may be presented with an activity-specific enrollment agreement and applicable informed-consent waiver through a separately authorized acceptance process. No fitness-participation liability release is accepted merely by viewing the website, submitting a Gym Workforce OS inquiry or agreeing to cookies.

11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Website information and noncontractual public features may be changed or interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, public informational content is supplied without additional promises of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, suitability or particular results. Any express warranty in a separately valid client contract and any nonwaivable legal rights remain unaffected.

12. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Users are responsible for lawful use of the site and appropriate independent judgment about general information. To the extent permitted by law, LTE does not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on incomplete or outdated general public informational content when no separate commitment has been made. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that law prohibits excluding, including liability concerning intentional misconduct or other protected claims. Any valid limitations for a contracted service appear in its specific service agreement.

13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Any disagreement concerning public website use will be addressed under the law applicable to the circumstances and any separately enforceable agreement. These Website Terms do not create a binding arbitration or class-action waiver solely through passive browsing. Existing legally binding customer agreements, including valid dispute-resolution provisions if any, are not retroactively changed by these Website Terms.

14. PRIVACY AND CHANGES

Please review our separately published Privacy Policy for information handling and applicable privacy choices. LTE may amend website terms prospectively with such notice or assent as applicable law requires. Changes will not retroactively extinguish legally enforceable rights or obligations from prior transactions. The effective date of these Website Terms appears at the top of this page.
