Live Train Eat

Privacy Policy

Effective: November 3, 2026

Live Train Eat is operated by LTE Worldwide Inc. (“LTE,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when people visit livetraineat.com, contact us about our services, use an authorized member feature, or communicate with LTE through related business channels, including our social media pages. This Policy describes our general practices; separate contracts or program-specific notices may apply to particular services when actually offered.

1. Information you choose to provide

When you use our Contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization, role, area of interest and message or inquiry details that you provide. We also receive information you intentionally send by email, through an authorized account, or when communicating with our business or social media accounts, such as a message, public comment, profile name or business contact details. Please do not send payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive personal data through our general inquiry form.

Authorized member accounts may require account and access information. LTE's older consumer fitness offerings are not currently open for new enrollment or charging customers for those discontinued programs. Records associated with previous customers and participants may continue to be retained or used as needed to honor valid existing obligations and applicable law.

2. Information collected through website operation

As you browse, our website platform and related services may process technical and usage information such as internet protocol (IP) address, browser or device characteristics, general location inferred from network information, pages visited, referral source, dates and times of requests, and cookie or other browser-storage identifiers. We may also process activity required for website security, delivering pages, handling forms, managing sessions, detecting abuse, and understanding website performance. Some automatically collected information may be personal information when it identifies or can reasonably be linked to a person; we do not treat it as automatically anonymous.

3. Website technology and third-party services

Our website is hosted and operated through GoDaddy. Its services support website delivery, site and session functions, visitor-traffic and performance features, the Contact form, and authorized member access. Our Contact submissions are delivered through GoDaddy Conversations and also produce an email notification to our business inbox at info@livetraineat.com. GoDaddy Conversations uses Reamaze-related chat technology on the website. The Contact page also uses Google's reCAPTCHA service to help protect forms against automated misuse. These services may receive technical request information and may use cookies or browser storage for their functions.

Examples of browser technologies observed on the website include first-party GoDaddy cookies named _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, dps_site_id and _scc_session, and storage associated with chat (rmz.*) and reCAPTCHA (_grecaptcha). The function and duration of each item, and whether a particular use is necessary, optional, or subject to consent, depend on the actual service configuration and applicable law. Our website may also use website-performance or analytics features, including GoDaddy's Advanced Tracking features where enabled. We do not represent a legacy Universal Analytics setting by itself as proof that current Google Analytics is collecting data.

4. Why we use information

We use information to display, maintain and secure our site; respond to inquiries and requests for an executive conversation; communicate about requested services; manage relationships with prospective or existing clients; administer access where relevant; deliver separately contracted services; improve site operation; keep appropriate records; and meet legal obligations. Additional uses for analytics, marketing measurement or business-prospect analysis depend on the technology actually deployed, appropriate transparency, and any consent or other legal basis required by applicable law.

5. Cookies, similar technologies and privacy choices

Cookies, local storage, scripts and comparable technologies may serve different purposes, including essential website operation, security, chat, spam prevention, traffic measurement or optional marketing and business identification. We distinguish technologies required to provide the website or a requested feature from technologies used for other purposes. Where an applicable law requires prior consent for a technology that does not qualify for an exception, that technology should only operate after valid consent. Where an applicable law provides relevant opt-out rights, those choices must be respected. The website's available controls, any consent records and any method to change preferences must accurately reflect the technologies in use.

You can also use applicable browser controls to manage stored cookies, although restricting technically necessary functions may affect parts of the site. Browser settings alone are not a substitute for any choice that we are required to provide directly.

6. Business inquiries and email communications

We use your inquiry information to understand your request and follow up about it. Submitting an ordinary Contact form does not itself enroll you in an LTE fitness program, purchase Gym Workforce OS, or request an unrelated promotional email subscription. We may send promotional or business-development communications when permitted by applicable law, and we provide legally required identification and ways to stop receiving marketing emails. You may still receive appropriate responses to your request or communications about an existing relationship when permitted.

7. Social media and global-facing marketing

LTE publishes marketing and business content through social and digital platforms with audiences around the world. If you interact with our accounts or send us a message, we may receive and respond to information made available by you or the platform, such as your account name, comment, message or inquiry. Social platforms may independently determine how they process other information about your use of their services under their own privacy terms. Global availability of our content does not mean that LTE runs a dedicated advertising campaign, has an office, or offers the same services in every country.

8. Disclosure to service providers and others

We may share information with service providers to support our website, communications, hosting, security, form delivery, member access and separately agreed transactions, subject to appropriate arrangements. These include our website provider GoDaddy and functionality supplied through GoDaddy Conversations/Reamaze and Google reCAPTCHA, as described above. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or other parties when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, and to a lawful successor in a business transaction. The treatment of any disclosure as a regulated sale, sharing or other transfer depends on its actual purpose and applicable law.

9. Payments and historical services

Stripe is LTE's current payment provider for payment arrangements in which Stripe is actually used. The public website Contact form is for business inquiries and is not a payment checkout. We do not state that Stripe receives Contact-form submissions or holds all website visitor data. Payment details and the terms governing any separately agreed transaction will be communicated in connection with the actual transaction. Historical customer contracts and legally required records remain subject to their applicable rights and obligations.

10. Retention and security

We keep information for purposes reasonably related to our legitimate operations, inquiries, customer relationships, legal and accounting duties, security, dispute resolution, and continuing historical obligations. How long information is retained depends on its type, the provider or system involved and applicable legal requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services involved, but cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic systems or communications.

11. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you and the particular processing activity, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or opt out of legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some rights may involve identity verification, exceptions, appeals or supervisory-authority complaints. Please email info@livetraineat.com with a privacy request. We will assess and respond in accordance with applicable law; this description does not promise that every right applies in every jurisdiction.

12. International activities and data handling

LTE has historically served clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Pakistan. We currently publish digital and social content with international reach and pursue global commercial opportunities. Communications and information may therefore involve people in more than one country, depending on actual inquiries and relationships. The specific rules that apply to an individual or activity depend on factors such as the relevant country, our actual services and marketing activities, the processing undertaken and the parties involved. Where required, we will provide additional jurisdiction-specific information or protections for international data handling.

13. Children

The general Gym Workforce OS website inquiry experience is directed to business audiences and is not designed to solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe information from a child has been submitted through this general website channel, please contact us. Any future youth or fitness program would require separately appropriate notices and enrollment safeguards.

14. Changes to this Policy; contact us

We may update this Policy to reflect relevant changes in our services, technologies and legal obligations, with notice where required. The effective date of this Policy appears at the top of this page. For privacy questions or requests, contact LTE Worldwide Inc. (Live Train Eat) at info@livetraineat.com.
